GENERAL INFO
RAW files preferred. High resolution jpgs and tiffs are also acceptable.
A low resolution proof is uploaded to the ftp site for your approval upon completion. Once approval is received and full payment has been made, full resolution images will be uploaded to the ftp site for your retrieval.
Retouching Pricing
$40 an hour with a 30 minute minimum.
On average, we can retouch 15-20 photos an hour. However, depending on the extent of work necessary, this number could be higher or lower.
Commercial and fashion retouching is not included in this estimate as they take more time to complete. Please contact us for a free quote.
Turn around time for photo retouching is 1-4 business days. (times may vary depening on the size of the order)

Because every restoration is different, we are unable to give you an average time of completion. Please send us a copy of your photo and we can give you a free estimate.
Please make color scans of your photos at 300 dpi. If you do not have a scanner, any photo lab such as Walgreens or CVS can make scans for you.

Album designs will be available for you to view in 3-5 days. If you choose the design, print and bind option, allow 4-5 weeks to receive your album.
